What is included in the machine rental?

Your rental includes the two-bowl Ugolini commercial machine with two 10-litre bowls, the wheelie cart it sits on, and free delivery within 20 kilometres of Penticton. Slush and cocktail mixes are sold separately.

Is sales tax added?

No sales tax is currently charged. The $150 day, $250 weekend, and $600 week prices are for the machine rental only. Every rental also requires a refundable $300 damage deposit.

How do I know how much mix to order?

Tell us your guest count, event length, and serving plans when you request a booking. We’ll recommend an amount before payment so you do not have to guess.

What flavours can I choose?

You can request two flavours—one for each bowl. Regular slush flavours are $40, frozen cocktail packages are $50 per bowl, or you can provide your own compatible slush mix for no mix charge. We’ll confirm suitability and availability when we review your request.

Is alcohol included with cocktail mix?

No. We provide the cocktail mixer, and you supply any alcohol you would like to add. We’ll confirm the mixer quantity and preparation guidance for your selected flavour before the event.

What does the $50 margarita mix package include?

The package provides enough margarita mixer for one full bowl; alcohol is not included. We can supply extra bottles if you expect to make refills. Any extra bottles returned sealed and unused are refundable.

Does submitting the form confirm my booking?

Not yet. Your form is an availability request. We’ll review the dates, delivery location, and details personally, then contact you with approval and a secure payment request.

When is payment due?

After approval, 50% of the rental price secures your booking. The remaining 50% and refundable $300 damage deposit are due seven days before the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than seven days before the event are non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is free within 20 kilometres of Penticton. If your event is farther away, include the location in your request and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
